Your personal background.
Poor language use and personal information required at once are other common indicators of fraudulent spam.
Craigslist has a thorough system when it comes to
dealing with junk mail. One way in which Craigslist helps its users with junk mail that is intended to harm the recipient is by offering an online form you
can complete. This option is strictly reserved for users who want to report spam to Craigslist.
In contrast to the previous option, flagging is reserved for users who may wish only to avoid spam instead of reporting it to Craigslist.
You can flag posts that you feel are violating the Craigslist Terms
of Use. Depending on the email service you’re using, these steps may vary.
For example, in Gmail, you can find the option to flag or report spam
in the three dots in the upper right corner. When you flag a
Craigslist email as spam or scam, the company representatives are notified, and the sender shouldn’t be able to reach you again.

These objects are interpreted very differently by outsiders; typical
platform users and platform developers each have very different understandings
of those platforms than members of the IndieWeb community,
who demonstrate an understanding of platforms as objects that can be contested, co-opted, or avoided.
Objects that meet the local informational requirements of multiple communities of practice,
while also maintaining a common identity are boundary objects that act “a
means of translation” across communities (G. C. Bowker and Star 2000,
p. 297). Even though the IndieWeb community, typical users
of a platform, and the platform’s developers each have a different understanding of its meaning,
the platform meets the needs of all these communities.
Brown and Duguid (1991) connect communities of practice to divisions of
labour by describing how communities of workers collaboratively develop non-canonical practices to compensate when canonical descriptions of work (e.g.

as described by management) are inadequate. They base their arguments from
Orr’s studies of Xerox repair technicians, which are presented in Talking About Machines (1996).

In this account, the technicians share knowledge largely through informal storytelling, essentially swapping war stories about challenging or otherwise interesting repairs that could not be resolved solely by following canonical knowledge passed down in manuals.

That way, they won’t expect faster response.
And they’ll know to ping you directly when they need an urgent answer.
For clients, you may need to retrain them to use your PM software
instead of email. For the “Respond” emails, you can work through how to
optimize those-so you’re finding a way to optimize 20-35% of your emails, not all
of them. Likely, it’ll be a mix of batching time
to handle them-and resetting expectations so that people can answer more of these themselves (by knowing the appropriate Values, Goals, and Resources to consider).
Longer-term solutions take longer now, but they have a bigger
payoff in the future! Ready to fix this? Start by tracking
how your email splits out. That is, what are the rough percentages for
ignore, aware, and respond? Once you know what’s important, you can reset expectations (for your team and clients) on the “Aware” emails.
For the “Respond” emails, you can redirect them to
a better method-and optimize the rest.

But what should they target? Siraj suggested the bridges
they drove past, or major subway stations and train lines.
In July 2004, Siraj introduced Eldawoody to James Elshafay, a portly 19-year-old who was
a regular at the store. Elshafay was also angry about the American treatment of Muslims and had
even drawn a map of Staten Island bridges and police precincts to target, which Siraj shared
with Eldawoody. Soon the friends were discussing more feasible
possibilities. Wall Street came up, but Siraj wasn’t sure why
it was so famous and asked Eldawoody to explain. In August, Siraj had another idea: What about the Herald Square subway
station in Midtown Manhattan? He transferred there on his commute between Brooklyn and Queens, and, eager to impress his companions, he mapped out the station. It
was underneath a shopping mall; maybe they could place bombs here.

Then, before Siraj knew it, it was no longer
idle talk. On Aug. 21, the three men visited Herald Square and made drawings that
Eldawoody kept.
